Swimming Pool #6

So this is Swimming Pool #6. At first I wouldn’t go in because my fish weren’t in there yet.

The steps are new, too!

I finally went swimming after the fish approved it.

Teeny tiny holes

But then I got excited and bit some tiny holes in the liner along the top edge.

Just a few teeny tiny holes

Just a few teeny tiny holes

Just a few holes, and oh, so tiny!

Just a few

Someone has lost her sense of humor about tiny holes in swimming pool liners.

Now there is a black plastic thing around the top edge. It’s pretty stiff and hard to bite.

It looks like a snake so I have to observe it for several days before taking the plunge.

The water is invisible.

The water is invisible.

I also have to wait for another reason.

I wish there were more fish.

I like to swim at dusk!

I like toys in the pool.

I like toys in the pool.

The water is so cold I’m a bit stunned at first.

I love my rubber ducky.

I love my rubber ducky.

After that I check out my toys.

I swim like a seal.

I swim like a seal.

I like to bark at this green ball.

Nostrils coming at you!

Nostrils coming at you!

I like to swim toward the camera.

No rolling.

No rolling.

If I turn around fast enough, I can splash the stupid camera!

Sploosh!

Sploosh!

I can also splash the camera by jumping on a noodle.

Somebody has been biting my toys.

Somebody has been biting my toys.

I also like to throw the noodles out!

Ooops!

Ooops!

What are you doing over here? DON’T LOOK DOWN AT THE SIDE OF THE POOL!

Oops oops.

Oops oops.

Uh oh.

Oopsie daisy.

Oopsie daisy.

Something has been biting the pool!

Where's my lawyer?

Where’s my lawyer?

I guess this is the biting mechanism. It’s a Dobbye mouth!

  1. Glad I saw the pool and edge covers before, as no pictures 😦 Enjoy the pool now that your fish have approved it 🙂
