Where to Find Capybara Videos

I’m always looking for capybara content, and so are you, if you are here. This is a fairly random collection of digital capybara ephemera but none of it is mine. I stole everything from the internet without permission, but I will provide the source so you can visit them and see what else they have. Tell them Dobby sent you.

There are precious few website offering original videos, so I note that in the heading. The rest are collections of capybara content from who-knows-where. Many of them have loads of videos and photos and can save you time if you are looking for rabbit holes. There are many sites with similar names, the quality of the content varies, but you’ll probably find something new and interesting.

If I goof up, use the Ask Dobby tab to let me know where things went sideways and how I can fix it. I am aware of the difficulties with the video links below, but links to the sites work (“view profile”) and that’s where you will find the treasure trove of videos, anyway.

Michigan Capybaras (original content)

This is what we love to see: lots of grass and then lots of fruit and vegetable treats! I have spoken to this guy a couple times, and he seems to be doing a great job with his capybaras. Lots of videos on this TikTok site.

And then there’s this. Oh Daisy!

Luciano Mochinski (original content)

Luciano Mochinski lives in Brazil (Curitaba, I think) and loves capybaras. He posts new videos all the time, but they won’t be drinking sodas from the dining room table. These are capybaras in the wild, so they are grazing, swimming, running, even diving! Next time you travel to Brazil, be sure to put Curitaba on your itinerary!

Dark Wings Wildlife & Education (original content)

Darkwingswildlife is on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Pumpkin and Cheesecake are young capybaras in Florida being socialized for Darkwings Wildlife animal education program. Capybaras are very manageable at this age, so remind me to check on them in a couple years and see how they are doing. Here’s a cute video that shows why people call them Guinea Bigs.

More Original Content

Of course, there we have loads of original capybara videos on Dobby’s YouTube channel, and we are monetized so every view generates funds for Stacy’s Funny Farm. Every once in a while I find an old Dobby video, but most of my recent capybara videos have come from Melanie Typaldos. Our rescue capybara, Pandabara, lives with her and her other capybara, Snapper. Coincidentally, Snapper is the brother of Gort and Quandale. There are many sites like The Pipsqueakery but you have to wade through some beaver, bunny, and guinea pig videos to find the capybara ones. Lest we forget the late great JoeJoe, you can find him at Crazy Cody’s Creatures.

If you know of any other original content, please let me know! Use the Ask Dobby tab.

Capybara Fan Sites (no original content)

Instagram and TikTok have dozens of capybara fan sites. Capybara_lovers.life is a typical Instagram site with lots of fun capybara content, but it’s not original content. They are doing what I am doing in this blog, stealing stuff, but they have gathered up all sorts of goodies. Here’s a fun video from one of them. Stolen, no doubt, but the original is out there, somewhere.

Can’t get enough capybaras?

If you liked the previous video, you might get lost in the following TikTok and Instagram accounts. There are dozens more, but it’s getting harder to weed out the AI sites, which, of course, are useless and full of misinformation.

How about we stop here and look at a fun video from CapyAfterParty. Last one in looks pregnant. It looks like this is in Curitaba, maybe originally from Luciano. What do you think?
